background music
1 March 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Sirs, For years I've tried to enjoy NCIS, but recently the background noise has been so loud it is impossible to hear the words of the performers. 'Have been forced to watch another program on my 65" big screen. 'Any possibility you might lower the music in next segments?? Ben Willis PS This noise factor may be a problem to other viewers that have a hearing problem. I have noticed that several other programs have a music back ground and they seem to be most bothersome when the action gets heated and the important words get lost. I enjoy shows such as Dateline and 60 Minutes because they don't use music back up. Please consider my complaint. bw
