Seth Cohen:

The hole gang gets into college except the one we expected the most to get in. It's a total disappointment that Seth din't got in, Brown was his dream. Ryan and Marissa got into Berkley, if Mischa Barton would have stayed on the show, I guess it could have been really cool to take the O.C. crew to college.
Seth became a real person and he is now officially selfless. I love the way Seth, Ryand and Summer evolved during the show.
