the ineffable silence amongst humanity is thoughtfully explored in this piece. it is neither escapist nor succinct in interpretation. the viewer is guided and transfixed by the beauty of the unspoken bond that holds us captive as we walk through life. poetic and singular - this film is arresting, using simplicity to invoke eccentricity. the id is held as prometheus to the rock of human emotion. i did not want the film to end...the tempo of the work is pensive but the core is driven by the heart. all the while, the viewer is changing roles: voyeur, master, servant and at times, without purpose. it is this useless position that creates such a unique experience and distilled perspective in a world that may or may not exist. the answers are in the questions themselves. a triumph that ventures into the courageous depths of the unknown aspects of self.
