Evil hobos!
5 February 2014 | by (Bradenton, Florida) – See all my reviews

This is the second episode of "Gang Busters" I've seen, so I really cannot compare it to other installments of the show. It's an unusual story that claims to be true. Three old hobos are using a local church mission as a place to hide while they commit a long string of vicious robberies. And, when they get in some minor scrapes with the law, the reverend comes to their defense, as he sees the three as being his success stories! Sadly, they pay him back...but not in a very nice manner!

The story idea for this one is pretty good--mostly because it's quite different than your usual crime story. However, some of the acting and dialog are silly--such as the lady witness who proclaims '...he was a son of Satan!'. Do people really talk this way?! I hope not! Apart from that, the show seems a bit stilted and almost documentary-like. Not terrible but you could do better than this one.
