The Molino Brothers, an acrobatic act, are staying at Fern Emmett's hotel, where they are driving the other guests away with their constant, noisy practice. Miss Emmett calls the cops on them at the same time a pair of agents comes by to preview them for a vaudeville run AND a pair of lunatics arrive from the local asylum. Confusion and tumbles ensue.
That description tells you pretty much what's going on, but it leaves out the details of the tumbles and specialties. It's directed by Roscoe Arbuckle, so of course it's next hand to a slapstick, which depended on skilled tumblers for its best effects.
