Not excellent - Little Britain has passed its sell-by date.

Britain, Britain, Britain. Here are some facts about Britain you may not know: 1. Little Britain is one of its most famous comedy shows, 2. Even that is starting to get weak from the recycled gags and mostly predictable sketches, 3. But still its most respected TV channel, the BBC, invest in more. Personally, I think Little Britain has jumped the shark - ages ago. The third series was less than overwhelming, but Lucas and Walliams have once again decided that the barminess couldn't stop, and decided to get to work on making this - Little Britain Abroad. To be fair, some of the characters are still good. Andy is the main highlight of this series, and his sketches over the course of this two-part series develop a continuous plot with a proper structure, which makes them fun and intelligent in some way. A+L still have life left in them yet. Ting Tong's sketches weren't great but nevertheless enjoyable, Bubbles DeVere's one-off was surprisingly fun, Carol Beer was good and Maggie and Judy's sketch, though bad taste, was OK and didn't fall into the original, boring formula that plagued their sketches in Series 2 + 3. But unfortunately, some of the sketches in Little Britain Abroad were bad. And these bad sketches were actually the ones with the show's most prestigious characters in. Vicky Pollard is just boring now - I didn't find the court sketches funny, just derivative and bad. Daffyd was just plain offensive - the humour sees to have vanished from the Daffyd sketches and we just get rudeness that will be the closest thing to a laugh these sketches attempt to do. (Of course, I didn't even find them offensive - they were actually just boring.) Sebastian and Michael aren't good anymore and Anne has just become plain infantile now (though I laughed at her two sketches, I must say). Shoddy special effects on Andy and Lou's flight didn't help either, but at least their sketches were good. But it is apparent now that Little Britain has no more mileage left in it. Abroad has worn it down to its end using the last of the canned laughter it has left. There are still some classic quotes and pant-wetting gags to be found, but Little Britain has lost all of its charm and originality now - Catherine Tate seems to have swiped its crown. I hope the rumour that they're planning a fourth series is false - Little Britain is on the verge of ruin now. If a fourth series is made, it will destroy the show, but saying that, it would be a good opportunity for Lou to find out the truth about Andy - even if for nothing else. Little Britain Abroad was less than brilliant, but the only reason they made this lies in the word "Abroad", but that managed to pay off for this show. But Little Britain can't stagger on any further now. 7/10
