Cassie's infatuation with a new student concerns Eddie, and Lizzie worries that doing the right thing has cost her a friend. At school, an influx of PCP-dipped cigarettes causes several students to be hospitalized.
Lizzie is still having difficulties dealing with her kidnapping, but is reluctant to see the school-ordered counselor; at work, Eddie becomes concerned when cops from the narc division start hanging around and his partner misses his first day back to work.
Bishop is caught by Eddie and Lund at a crime scene and arrested, but then the chase is on to make the charges stick. Back at home, Tay is having trouble finding meaning in his coming-of-age celebration, and the situation is not helped when both his grandfathers renew their feud.
The hunt is on for Bishop, or whomever he is, and Eddie finds himself in the cross hairs quite literally. At home, the Suttons are reexamining their decision to move, and an unexpected letter throws everything into chaos.
Eddie takes a personal interest after a funeral is hit with a Molotov cocktail near where he and Jenn are standing, but the results are not what he expects. Elsewhere, Sage begins making an obvious claim on Charles, and Cassie is conflicted over her feelings about that and what she feels for Luc.
Cassie decides to paint a mural at a key site in the neighborhood, but runs afoul of the All Stars; Charles condition may be worse than feared, and Lund turns to alcohol over Sage risking his partnership with Eddie.
