A number of young women, believed missing are found dead and buried, Tony offers to help new DI Alex Fielding, but she refuses his offer of help.
A great start to series four, it's a fantastic, gritty story, it's sexy, it's unnerving.
Once again, I'm surprised by what they were allowed to get away with, plenty of violence and brutality here, so if you're easily upset, this one hits hard.
Some episodes in the past, though wonderfully complex and absorbing, weren't always the easiest to follow, this one however, was very straightforward, easy to follow.
Alex brought something extra to this show, a completely different character to her predecessor, she's harder, she's keen to prove she can go it alone. Simone Lahbib was excellent.
I love the switch in dynamic, Carol was so in love with Tony, she needed him, Alex doesn't, Tony is placed in a very different position.
9/10.
