Macie and Mipsy both turn 13 on the same day. Mipsy is having a huge blowout to celebrate and Macie's will be a quieter party. Unfortunately for Macie her parents seem to have forgotten her birthday entirely. Ginger intervenes on Macie's behalf and confronts her parents.
