A dark comedy about Dave who has failed time and again to kill himself. In desperation, he decides to take a clay pigeon shooting lesson, and forces Larry the instructor to kill him. But Larry is not exactly a cold blooded killer.
This comedy uses minimal resources. A camera set in front of a reserve bench at a soccer field. The camera sometimes tracks left and right but in general points always in the same direction. At the bench, the coach and three reserve players, including a sleepy goalkeeper. The game is about to start. Our team needs to win. The coach paces nervously and relays instructions to the players on the field which we do not see.
The comedy is that the coach's attention to the ongoing game is repeatedly interrupted by family members, from the youngest to the oldest, who come one by one to remember him that a significant family gathering is about to take place and that his presence is needed. The coach is reluctant to leave the field on account of the importance of winning this game. What is this important gathering? Are his priorities proper? To find out and laugh about it, see this funny short.
