[
Ms. Barch is repeatedly firing paintballs at an attacked Mr. DeMartino]
I trusted you, dammit! Two decades of legal slavery, and still you throw it all away for a halter top and a pair of pumps!
Mr. Anthony DeMartino:
Madam, I believe you've got me confused with someone else! I'm not your ex-husband!

It's hard to imagine an episode much better than the last. However, "The Daria Hunter" manages to surpass "Arts 'n' Crass"--and is, in my opinion, the best show of the series. The fact that I consider this best is a bit surprising as the plot is utterly ridiculous and contrived. But, because of amazingly funny writing it works wonderfully! Once again, the school takes a field trip to a place where no sane school would take the kids--paintballing (the previous pointless trip was to the mega-mall). To Daria and Quinn's horror, their parents find out and invite themselves along as chaperons. Through the course of this outing, all the characters begin to show a side of themselves you've never seen before--such as the amazingly cool side of Brittany, the full extent of Ms. Barch's anger, Barch's sudden captivation with Mr. O'Neill and many, many other hilarious vignettes. If you are a fan of the show, you'll adore this amazingly silly and cute episode. See this one!!! It's brilliant. In fact, it's the first episode I showed my family years ago and it hooked them!!
