This is another in the Animal Cops series, with this one coming from San Francisco California. The mission of the prevention of animal cruelty is a good one, but as is usually the case with California the execution in California is annoying. The laws in California seem silly compared to more common sense laws in other states. The idea is protect the animals. In California the idea seems to be to enact as many laws and enable as many levels of bureaucracy as possible. So if you can get past the annoying aspects of the some of the law enforcement in CA you'll enjoy this show. I just couldn't get past how restrictive some of their laws are. I'm for protecting the animals, but that can be done without infringing on what should be a persons rights as an American. Animals can be protected without all the layers of government. So good concept poorly done.
