When uncool Jamal decides a tattoo will free him from his horrid record with women, destiny deals him a dirty blow. He is accidentally injected with a top secret experimental government serum and becomes the ultimate super "Agent". The ultra-enigmatic "agency" devises a plan to get "Black Dragon" to do their bidding. Once his "test" mission is completed Jamal wants to break his chains.
