Montag the Magnificent (Glover) is a master illusionist who performs at underground venues, selecting female volunteers from his rave-like audiences. To their hysteria, it appears he's dismembered their bodies, but his sleigh of hand has fooled them. However, female bodies show up dead from the same wounds performed on stage. Investigators are baffled, and the chase to find the killer begins. Written by

Ling Chi: Death by a thousand cuts. I will cut you piece by piece. I will open you up, then you can see I am not the magician. I am the trick. Like you, I am a prop to be used for this final trick. I will let out what the magician added to you, and once you are truly opened up, you can put the pieces together. In this world, there are two kinds of people: fools and visionaries. The fool sees the solution, the magician intends him to see. Which one are you? The fool or the visionary?
