Goofs

One of the reasons Ray says Amy talks too much is because she shares a long story about buying a new sweater. The sweater in question can be seen later in the episode while Amy is talking to Robert and he tells her what Ray said. She is also wearing it during the "Fondue Date Night." However, her "new" sweater was the same one she wore in the season 5 episode Everybody Loves Raymond: Meant to Be. See more »

A rather talkative Amy
10 April 2017 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Having said in reviews of previous 9th series 'Raymond' episodes that the character of Amy has been underused it's nice to see her in a central capacity this time around.

The fact that four writers had a hand in this episode shows that stories were a bit harder to come by at this late stage, but this episode is good enough, without ever being spectacular.

Monica Horan is a funny woman, and holds this episode together. She has good chemistry with Ray Romano actually, and they are fun in their scenes.

Patricia Heaton and Doris Roberts don't do much here, but other than that it's a decent episode.
