The episode begins with Homer forgetting to pick up Bart from soccer practice. That prompts Bart to give up on Homer, he becomes a little brother in a big brother type program to spite Homer. Phil Hartman plays Tom, his impossibly cool big brother.
Generally, I like a lot of Homer/Bart relationship episodes and this one has its moments. There are a lot of very funny sequences that arise as Homer attempts to get even.
The fight in the episode is extremely memorable. It's one I recalled after not seeing this episode for years. This really is a good Homer/Bart episode.
