Love it or hate it, Alice will pull some kind of raw emotion out of you. It's a 'get it and dig it,' 'repulsed and offended' or 'too low-budget' kind of movie. I got it and dug it. Lead actors playing Alice and bad-girl cop (forgot her name) carry this one from start to finish, although 'Ramrod' is truly a character 'tour de force.' Supporting cast fluxes from hilarious to beautiful to comically inept. Stylistically unique. Titles are eye-candy. Warning: there are some really offensive (to some ... perhaps many) lines of dialogue in here. Regardless of your take, Alice is fast-paced and never really slows down. The question for the viewer will be, is it fast like a Ferrari or fast like a Hyundai? Either way, take Alice's advice and 'don't shoot in your pants!'
