Storyline

The Baltimore County Police Department investigate a string of burglaries in the Essex and Dundalk neighborhoods. The modus operandi is the same - a cat burglar sneaks into a rowhouse and searches the home for valuables while the family is asleep. Although patrol cars, beat policemen and K-9 corps blanket the area, the score is Burglar 38, Police 0 until the detectives get a solid lead. Written by David Bassler
