  [Ike runs in the woods in the dark and sees Greil and the Black Knight fighting with an axe and sword] 

  Ike : Father!

  [Greil quickly looks at Ike] 

  Greil : Ike! Stay back!

  Black Knight : [Tosses Ragnell to Greil]  Here. Use this blade.

  Greil : ...What are you doing?

  Black Knight : [Unsheathes Alondite]  I've been waiting for this for a long time. I would prefer it if you use your proper weapon, so that I might see you at your full strength, General Gawain, Rider of Daein.

  Greil : That was my name... once. But I...

  [Greil throws Ragnell back at the Black Knight] 

  Greil : ...Threw it away. the only weapon I need... is right... HERE!

  [Greil pulls out his battleaxe] 

  Black Knight : Do you... want to die?

  Greil : Your voice... I remember you. Think you can defeat me, the man who taught you how to fight? What a fool. Come on, boy. Come try me.

  [the Black Knight continues to fight until he stabs Greil] 

  Black Knight : Is that... all there is? No challenge. No resistance.

  [Then Greil falls to the ground and dies. Ike runs up to Greil and holds him while the Black Knight stands still] 

  Ike : Father! Don't... Don't leave! Don't leave me! FATHER!
