Entourage Crew Heads Down Iffy Road

SPOILER: This episode was a complete new turn for Vince, Eric, Turtle & Drama. When they arrive home after dinner they see their front door is open and to their surprise they see an "old friend" Dom sitting in their house. The entire episode revolves around how Drama, Turtle and E start to notice how Dom is still living the rough way. E feels nervous from the beginning when Drama and Turtle start to get annoyed when Dom encroaches on Drama's cooking and Turtle's driving. It gets worse and worse as Dom steals from a gas station, then roughs up a photographer. Vince says he'll talk to him and does but the rest of the entourage is apprehensive.

Meanwhile Ari is dealing with his daughter and her new boy Max who is an up and coming movie star. To sum it up, he's a player and Ari threatens him with the kid coming right back and putting Ari in his place.

This episode is by far the all-time creative lowpoint in HBO programming. Entourage has always been a bit hit and miss. There is only intermittent wit to wade through most of time, and the few compelling plot developments the second season built up to have been replaced with...Dom. Crap, annoying stock characters that are dismissed two episodes later are not the most compelling way to develop a season, people. Ari's daughter's love life? Eric has a 3some? Sadly, this hasn't changed 4 episodes later, but none have been as bad as this turd. Put down the bong and make your show compelling again, writers, your wasting time to really skewer Hollywood.
