The Dark Knight Battles Killer Croc in 'Son of Batman' Clip

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has released the first clip from Son of Batman, debuting on Blu-ray and DVD May 6. This scene features Batman (voiced by Jason O'Mara) doing battle with Killer Croc (voiced by Fred Tatasciore) after he is caught raiding a bio-tech firm. In addition, the studio has announced that this animated feature will have its world premiere at WonderCon in Anaheim, California on Friday, April 18 at 6 Pm, followed by a panel discussion with voice cast members Jason O'Mara and Sean Maher (Nightwing). Warner Bros. Television is holding on to “Vampire Diaries” showrunner and “The Originals” creator Julie Plec. The writer/producer has signed a new three-year overall deal with the studio, an individual with knowledge of the situation told TheWrap. Exclusive: Warner Bros TV is making sure one of the studio’s most prolific writer-producers, Julie Plec, is staying in the fold with a rich new three-year overall deal. Plec serves as showrunner on two Wbtv series, The Vampire Diaries and its spinoff The Originals, both of which already have been renewed for next season. She developed The Vampire Diaries, based on the Alloy books, with Kevin Williamson and created The Originals. Additionally, she executive produces the CW/Wbtv freshman drama The Tomorrow People, giving her three drama series on the air this season, the most for a writing producer on broadcast TV. Under the new pact, Plec will continue as showrunner on The Vampire Diaries, the CW’s highest-rated series, as well as The Originals, the network’s top freshman series, and will develop new projects in addition to executive producing The Tomorrow People if it goes to a second season. »

Son of Batman to receive its world premiere at WonderCon Anaheim in April

It has been announced that the latest chapter in Warner Bros.' DC Universe Animation Original Moies line, Son of Batman, will receive its world premiere at WonderCon Anaheim, which is set to take place between April 18th and April 20th. The world is turned upside down when Batman—one of the world’s greatest superheroes—finds out he is a father in the newest DC Universe Original Animated Movie, Son of Batman. This all-new, PG-13-rated film will have its world premiere at WonderCon Anaheim with a screening and panel discussion.

The screening at WonderCon marks the sixth DC Universe Animated Movie premiere at the event. Warner Bros. Take another look @ "Thor: The Dark World" actress Jaimie Alexander, aka 'Asgardian' warrior goddess 'Lady Sif', soon to guest-star on "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.",  in a revealing pictorial for "Maxim" magazine:

Alexander's first major film role was in the horror feature "Rest Stop" (2006) followed by "Hallowed Ground" (2007).

She then played the character 'Jessi' on the ABC Family series "Kyle Xy",followed by guest roles on "CSI: Miami" and "Bones".

Alexander was cast as 'Sif' in Marvel Studios' live-action feature "Thor, directed by Kenneth Branagh, released May 2011 and recently reprised the role in the sequel "Thor: The Dark World".

In 2013, Alexander appeared in the film "Savannah" directed by Annette Haywood-Carter, followed by work in Schwarzenegger's "The Last Stand".

According to reports, ABC will feature Marvel Studios' female warrior goddess character 'Lady Sif', played by actress Jaimie Alexander in episode #15 of "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.":
