Quotes

Niles: Why is Joaquin on such a strict diet?
Frasier: Because the Joaquin they're bringing to dinner is... their foster child! From a tiny village on the pampas. He speaks no English, and he gets nauseated when he eats American food!
Niles: [confused] So, he's not the conductor of the Buenos Aires Philharmonic?
Frasier: Oh, you are SO "that other one"!

The Best Frasier Episode
3 July 2011 | by (Minnesota) – See all my reviews

A very unique episode, this one runs in real time. No time passes off camera. They could have performed and aired it live. The brothers decide to throw a dinner party, and the episode explores their attempt at agreeing on what four couples to invite, how they should invite them, and finally their analytical nature and tendencies as they attempt to analyze what their society friends think of their close relationship as brothers when one of their guests displays lukewarm enthusiasm to the invite. A great episode to watch, and in the eleven seasons, my personal favorite. Top shelf writing. Set aside some time to view this episode, maybe twice to fully enjoy the spot on comedy. You will enjoy!
