- You'll see a female ghost, topless. You won't see nipples and it's covered barely.... she appears countless of times.
- A main character is taking shower in couple of scenes and you can see side of the breast and whole back is exposed.
- Couple of characters were wearing pajama at night that could almost reveal the private area but they wear very short pyjamas.
- Some female characters wear revealing outfits, including their bare legs.

- Camera fighting sequences between characters and ghosts are somewhat intense and frightening.
- Some ghosts can get close enough to attack the character sometimes which is pretty intense.
- The beginning is bit intense but mostly emotional.
- A woman in the past are seen have their hands and feet impaled by stakes similar to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
- One one scene, you'll see a room full of bodies impaled by stakes and it's quite bloody scene.
- A man is killed when tried to contact the impaled woman then a woman's anger sent out curse-like plague then spread it to kill countless of people.
- Several deaths resulted by these are onscreen.
- Few characters were killed onscreen and offscreen after fell to the tattoo curse.

- Alcohol was suggested based on when the main character drove carelessly that causes an car accident which killed the man.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Appearance of ghost are sometimes bloody and frightening.
- Several scene can make you jump.
- Characters who were impaled by stakes are quite intense but some blood are shown.
- The scenes before and after the final battle are pretty intense and emotional, including the room full of impaled bodies.
