This first episode of the "X-Men: Evolution" series begins with an accident at the high school that some of the characters are going to. Jean brings back Scott's glasses which apparently were took of by Duncan Matthews, the high school sports star. Professor Charles Xavier makes everything to be under control. Then he and Storm go to the train station to get a new mutant Kurt Wagner a.k.a. Nightcrawler. Wolverine finds about the high school incident from a newspaper. Scott and Jean prepare to go out when the professor call them to meet Kurt and they have a little chat. The high school principal wants to know the other mutants beside Scott. Xavier presents Kurt a machine that can make him look normal. That frog-boy enters in the Maison of the X-men, meets Kurt and they fight. The other x-men help them get out of trouble and the professor lets frog-boy go away. And Logan returns home.
