Goofs

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

At the point in the episode that Scully and Mulder are explaining "Pusher"'s background to another character they state that he follows a warrior code, which they call "Budo". In fact, Budo is a Japanese word referring to martial arts. The Japanese warrior code is called Bushido. Scully is just quoting Modell's own explanation from the episode "Pusher", and it just shows that Modell doesn't know what he is talking about.

Revealing mistakes

[At approximately 13:00 without commercial breaks] Although they claim to be in the United States, when Mulder chases down a shopkeeper believing it to be Modell, the prison uniform he is wearing is clearly labeled "BC Corrections". This story was filmed in British Columbia, Canada.
