My Favorite "Wings" Ever
8 October 2008 | by (Jersey Shore) – See all my reviews

The "Lyin King" episode of Wings takes place at the end of season 7 and is probably my favorite episode ever. Joe and Brian are reunited with high school crush Tracy (Carol Alt) who is back on the island. They soon discover that she "danced" her way through law school and will be giving her final performance in Boston. Joe decides he does not want to go b/c he'll have to lie to Helen. He tells Helen that he'll be helping out at an old folks home, figuring that if he actually goes for awhile, he won't be technically lying. Meanwhile, at the old folks home, Joe meets and plays a game of checkers with Lou (Phil Leeds)- an octogenarian who just wants someone to take him out of the home to "air out". The next scene cuts to Joe, Brian, and Lou at the strip club. Lou immediately grows to dislike Brian while dishing out hilarious one liners highligting that fact. I watched this episode last night and was laughing so hard that tears were streaming down my face. One of the best of the entire series!
