Factual errors 

Former West Virginia Governor and VP candidate Sullivan tells an angry pro-life advocate that he always appointed judges friendly to his own (pro-life) positions when he was governing and would do the same once VP. In real life, judges in West Virginia are not appointed by the Governor or anyone else, but gain the bench through popular elections.
