A Republican Congresswoman targets Ellie and her scientific research as an example of government waste and cronyism in an attempt to discredit the President and the Administration. To help rehabilitate her image, C.J. urges Abby to appear on the Muppets as a doctor. Josh pushes the Republicans hard on judicial nominees after learning that a friend of his has grown tired of waiting for confirmation and is going to take a university position. Written by
Did You Know?
In this episode Supreme Court Justice Owen Brady died. Leo makes the comment that he was 52 years old. This is and odd statement as in The West Wing: Separation of Powers
(2003) Toby was making the comment that he was excited to put a justice on the court because the "last five guys" didn't get a chance to do it. The "last five guys" are referring to Presidents. Bartlet has been in office for 5-6 year and the other 5 presidents (assuming that they had only 1 term) is another 20 years. Which means the oldest that Justice Brady could have been when appointed to the Supreme Court was at the age of 27 years old. See more
I'm sorry, but can we really justify spending $800,000 on "A Bioculutural Approach to Female Sexual Fantasy and Genital Arousal"?
How can we afford not to?
