Trivia
In this episode Supreme Court Justice Owen Brady died. Leo makes the comment that he was 52 years old. This is and odd statement as in
The West Wing: Separation of Powers Toby was making the comment that he was excited to put a justice on the court because the "last five guys" didn't get a chance to do it. The "last five guys" are referring to Presidents. Bartlet has been in office for 5-6 year and the other 5 presidents (assuming that they had only 1 term) is another 20 years. Which means the oldest that Justice Brady could have been when appointed to the Supreme Court was at the age of 27 years old.
