Storyline

Late at night Marshal Thompson with two deputies wake up the livery stable owner to see if Josh and his horse are there. The horse is but Josh is asleep at the hotel. The Marshal rouses Josh out of his sleep to arrest him for stealing the horse he was riding. The next morning Jason Nichols with Dog arrive at the jail looking for Josh. Jason introduces himself as a deputy from Virginia City who wired the Marshal to arrest Josh. Jason asks to visit Josh who is sleeping again. Jason tells Josh he is there to bail him out but Josh realizes it is a lie. Jason wants to work with Josh so he had him arrested and hopes to arrest Billy Joe Henry who has a bounty on his head to prove he can work with Josh. Josh knows Henry and his two brothers as he killed Henry's brother Eddie. Henry has an agreement with the Marshal and upon learning about Josh, plans to kill him - and Jason. Will Josh and Jason work together or go their separate ways as Jason realizes he may have bit off too much? Written by Anonymous
