Classic Western Episode
8 April 2012 | by (Valencia, Spain) – See all my reviews

As an entry in the bounty hunter genre, this episode was perfect. It starts with the murder of the town patriarch, as witnessed by his daughter and the sheriff, who arrive in time to catch the killer. The initial conflict is set up between the fiery daughter, played by Fay Spain, who wants to lynch the killer; and the sheriff, who wants to take the killer to trial.

Then you have Wayne Rogers and Warren Oates arriving with the intention of freeing the killer. Josh Randall arrives with good intentions to help the sheriff, but then finds himself the target of Fay Spain's anger.

Four good actors in this episode, and a story which puts them all at cross purposes. There are some twists and turns too. This episode has good action, a good story, and good acting.
