Is Steven Hunt more than just a fraudster?

Stephen Moyer is utterly fantastic as Hunt, there have been many memorable villains in this series, all with motives and reasons for their behaviour, Hunt is just a monster.

As with Subterraneans, it is slightly different, we know who the killer is early on, it's more an explanation of why and how.

Part one is such a good watch, Boyd is hugely animated, and Cheryl Campbell is terrific as Steven's overbearing mother.

Excellent, 9/10.

The opening scene with the team is the worst ever

I really enjoy this series but was disgusted by the way each team member ate and drank their breakfast as though they'd been starved! It doesn't make good viewing to see someone stuffing their mouth with food and then talking, as we viewers see the food rolling around. Trevor Eve was tearing at a croissant like a caveman tearing at meat. We then had to see him eating as he was talking (mumbling as he couldn't be understood). I looked away. And then we had it in the Italian restaurant too - shovelling food into his mouth as though he hadn't eaten in weeks AND TALKING AT THE SAME TIME!. I couldn't watch anymore. On to the next story.
