A millionaire businessman is found dead a year after he disappeared. The team discovers that he had been kept a prisoner in the cellar of an abandoned building but that the kidnapper made no ransom demand. Initially, the team thinks the victim committed suicide by overdosing on an over-the-counter pain medication; however, the discovery of a second body -- nearby, but dead for several years -- prompts more investigation. Retracing the steps of the two men leads the team to an unlikely suspect; they know they have their man, but now they must collect compelling evidence. Then their suspect disappears and, shortly afterwards, so does his wife. Written by Anonymous

Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd: Come in, Grace. What are we dealing with here, a front rack sadist or someone with a bluebeard complex or what?
Dr. Grace Foley: Ahh, I'm for informed views, not hunches.
Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd: well, give me an informed view of the paracetamol then.
Dr. Grace Foley: Oh, okay. I believe that Sharman was given the option to kill himself.
Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd: Why?
Dr. Grace Foley: Well, um... either to be cruel or be kind.
Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd: Taunt him with choice? Perpetuate a living hell or die?
Dr. Grace Foley: That's the cruel explanation.
Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd: Well, I'm racking my brains for the kind one.
Dr. Grace Foley: To put him out of his misery.
