Storyline

Flint goes back to help Hawks bring up some late additions to the wagon train including Jennifer Churchhill who has no ability to drive a wagon alone to California. She is the spoiled daughter of a wealthy man and is suppose to marry a man she doesn't love so she ran away. Flint tells her to hire a driver but she has no money so Flint grudgingly helps her but she still manages to wreck her wagon and lose her team. She stays with Flint and Wooster but her father has sent bounty hunters after her. The dislike her and Flint have for each other soon turns into an attraction for each other. Flint decides to take her ahead to catch a stage to California rather than let bounty hunters catch her. However, when he learns her father is waiting for her at the stage line from two hermits, he decides to try a different tactic but events don't produce the result he hoped for. Written by Anonymous
