When a small-time hoodlum is apparently killed by Eliot Ness during a raid, the man's teenage son, Nicky Bousso, tries to kill him. Ness realizes that Nicky is no hood and tries to be nice, but the kid is persistent. When ballistics confirm that the man was killed before the raid took place, Nicky thinks Ness is just making it up. Nicky gets a job cleaning cars at his father's former place of work, a taxi company owned by Gus Marco. Unbeknown to Nicky, Marco is a major hoodlum and his father was in fact a hood. He is soon faced with the choice of following in his father's footsteps or helping out Ness and the Feds. Written by garykmcd

Hired gun from Chicago, Charlie Steuben, is waiting in his hotel room for Ness to back off his tight surveillance. Steuben is throwing darts at a hand-drawn target on his door. Just before he tells his girl to leave, he throws a dart that sticks near the edge of the third ring from the center. As the girl leaves, he throws another dart but the first dart on the door is now just outside the bulls-eye center. The second dart hits near it so that both darts are now at the bulls eye when the scene ends. See more »

Fun To See Old, Familiar Faces
6 April 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

More familiar faces from 50 years ago highlight this episode: actors like Michael Ansara and Luther Adler.

The latter began his film career with some interesting film noirs, and then spent most of the next three decades doing a lot of good TV work. In this show, he plays bootlegger "Gus Marco," a guy with a real temper.

Ansara is a guy who effectively play a hood because he had the face for it - a scary dude. He became a known after starring in a western series called "Broken Arrow," in which he played "Cochise." Phillip Pine is another actor with a long resume of guest appearances on famous TV shows.

This story begins with Marco and a raid on one of his crime operations, but shortly also becomes a story about a bitter 17-year-old kid, "Nicky Bousso" (Mario Roccuzzo) who says his father was killed in that raid by the police, led by Ness. He vows to kill Ness. He plays a really intense character and Elliott (Robert Stack) takes a gamble on him, hoping he can lead the Untouchables to big boys.

Overall, this a good episode with a pretty fair amount shootout scenes
