Storyline

Charlie is not amused when his latest flirt Wendy's eagerness to help out with Jake and the Harper brothers' household seems to land him into a 'real' relationship. He's also worried sick to hear that she gets along with Evelyn. So Charlie dumps Wendy, but Jake keeps giving him the cold shoulder. Meanwhile Charlie worries about Scrabble bringing Alan closer to his loony stalker Rose. Written by KGF Vissers

Goofs

Evelyn mentions that Charlie's penis didn't show up on a sonogram. It is highly unlikely that Evelyn received a sonogram based on the time she would have been pregnant with Charlie. Sonograms were not regularly used by Ob-Gyns until the 1970s. See more »

The questioning of Charlie
11 April 2013 | by See all my reviews

This ninth episode is altogether satisfactory. He(it) contains many funny scenes(stages) in particular those between Alan and Rose who play the Scrabble. On the other hand the character of Wendy is not specially interesting nor charismatic. But it is a good classic episode, a characteristic of the series. The dialogs are always so lively and funny. Of more Charlie questions at the end after an unexpected twist in the drama with Wendy. In any case the sitcom continues on a good way and find his(her, its) rhythm of cruise with good characters ready(in position). He(It) misses nevertheless in this episode a supplement of soul to make an episode of largely above the average reference.
