Unable to afford the cost of the apartment, Sharon and Johnny are offered the basement rent free as long as they are the building superintendents. It's a studio apartment so Ashley has to find somewhere else to live. She decides to rent the apartment, with a new roommate Victor. Sharon finds out Johnny has a little nest egg, which he has been saving for a special project. There was parcel for Pete delivered but Irene signed for it. However, her room full of cats has deterred him from collecting it. Ashley gets it for him in exchange for moving her furniture. Written by jem
