Stories passed from generation to generation!
8 May 2011 | by (Petersburg, Virginia) – See all my reviews

This "TZ" episode from season 2 titled "The Storyteller" is an entertaining one that's nothing fancy or scary, still it's a sentimental little tale told in a flashback form. And it's nice to see that a little gift of telling stories was picked and passed on to keep old loved ones alive! Starting with a now grown up retired school teacher who begins to tell a loved one her memory of a most different and special student. It dated back to the early days when she taught in a small rural country mountain town. One special young boy(David Faustino before his iconic days of Bud Bundy on "Married with Children")has the gift of writing stories and telling them each evening to his great great grandfather and this keeps him alive night after night! Oddly enough this trait is passed down as the teacher will pick up on this trait! Really nothing special still this segment is sentimental and it's a good story of magic proving that hope and stories can keep someone alive. Even though the tale is far out it's liked for it's magical touch.
