Who done it?

This was a "who done it" episode, and I guessed the wrong one!

Hoby Gilman is called into town by Luke Monroe when he suspects somebody's going to try to kill him. Everybody hates him, but then I can't say that I blame them much. After all, Luke Monroe was selfish and mean when he wouldn't allow the doctor to go through his toll to help a woman in labor. Of course the woman and baby died, and the husband went crazy. The whole town was now against Luke for the part he played in the disaster that could have been avoided.

But when Luke is murdered, everyone wonders "who done it?" Of course, the obvious suspect would be Dawson, the husband who's wife and baby died. But everyone had a motive - everyone from the store keeper to the doctor. Interestingly, two little boys who got into a fight gave Hoby the answer to the mystery. The results were fatal.

I just love these old shows - the simplicity, the acting, and the innocence...I wish they'd make shows like this again!
