Frost and the Alien
27 September 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

An autistic boy, obsessed with UFO's, witnesses a murder and an attack on a quarry. While he sees everything, he is unable, because of his condition, to give the police details of the crime. This frustrates Frost and his cohorts and leads them to assume that the boy, who has a temper when confronted, committed the crime. We are made privy to the fact that a real estate developer has designs on the quarry. But it is assumed that most of what happened was due to vandalism. Frost begins to sort out a relationship between the quarry-master and the developer. There is a second plot involving a man who has separated from his wife and is having trouble dealing with issues relating to his son. The son disappears and sets several things in motion. This is a well crafted episode.
