the Incomparable Helen Schneider !

Helen's performances on the Tonight Show should be found and available for the world to drool over. This show had her singing the Stevie Wonder ballad, YOU AND I, like no one will ever sing it again. Her reading was so intimate at its start, and built to a spine-tingling crescendo that most singers only dream of! Also performed on this show was another showstopper: UNTIL NOW, written by Bobby Arvon; a signature song in all of Schneider's nightclub acts in the late 70s. It can be found on her 2nd and last Windsong LP, Let It Be Now.
