The beginning of the end of the TV series
26 June 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This episode continues from the previous one (titled "The Heiress") where Janet becomes engaged to Phillip and where Janet and Jack realize that they will no longer be roommates. A new character, Vicky, is added as a love interest for Jack to further announce the end of the trio as roommates. Terry also gets a new job in Hawaii. The series eventually was winding itself down and pushing it towards the sequel, "Three's a crowd", by replacing four of the five members of the cast with new ones. The shift in the series theme, IMHO, was not for the better by trying to place the focus of the comedy on the theme involving Jack and his girlfriend's father.
