Concerning an inebriated Donald's Vegas wedding to Ann's co-star Joanne Ferrer, Ann's heartbreak over losing the love of her life, however unintentional on Donald's part, turns to anger when Ann and Donald learn directly from Joanne that she and Donald aren't married. Rather, the marriage was a practical joke initiated by the show's star, Marty Haines, to show Ann that Donald isn't as perfect a man as Ann has been gushing to him. Ann and Donald, with Joanne now on their side, have to figure out how to give Marty a taste of his own medicine. Meanwhile, Ann and Donald have another unexpected problem when Ann's father learns indirectly that Donald just got married, Lew believing that Mrs. Donald Hollinger is Ann. Written by Huggo

Ann Marie goes to Vegas to be in a show. Part 2 of 2
10 December 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Ann Marie travels to Vegas to be in the show Funny Man.

Part 1 ended when Ann finds Donald in his motel room with Joanne (a girl they met when hanging out with Jack Cassidy).

Jack Cassidy (Marty) confirms that they did get married as he was the best man. Ann's father calls and thinks that Donald and Ann got married. Donald apologizes to Joann and she reveals that they didn't get married after all. Marty decided to pull this joke on them. The 3 of them decide to come up with a plan to get back at Marty.

Kiddingly, Donald had told Marty earlier that he felt like killing himself. Joann delivers a message to Marty and Ann and Marty thinks he's really going to do it. Marty, Ann, and Joanne rush out to lake Mead to check on him. Meanwhile Ann's father arrives at the Sands.

They fool Marty into thinking that Donald jumped and Ann is going to jump too. Marty feels really bad about what he did. Ann's father shows up at the dam and then all is straightened out.
