- Fenton, Fez's landlord, does not like Fez very much. He had only given the apartment to Fez, as he found that Kelso and Fez raising a baby together was very progressive. But now Kelso and baby are gone, and Fez lives with Jackie. Fenton assigns the last parking spot in the building to Fez, and it is unsafe to walk from there at night.
Fez had anyways been having issues with her as Jackie is a total slob and a mooch. Jackie sits around all day and watches TV, and drinks Fez's grape sodas without asking for his permission.
One day Jackie leaves the taps open while running a bath, as sleeps on the couch. Fez almost loses his apartment when Jackie floods it. The landlord Fenton wants Fez to pay for the carpet, the damaged floor and Fenton's ceiling. Fenton lived right under Fez's apartment and the flooding of Fez's floor had also damaged his ceiling right underneath. Fez is ready to say "Good day!" to their co-habitation. Jackie apologizes to Fenton saying that flooding the apartment was her mistake and not Fez's.
Jackie manages to salvage things by bonding with Fenton (Jim Rash), the landlord, over shopping (They get a jacket, a manicure and a crepe), and convincing him to let them stay without charging Fez for any damages.
Red and Kitty are concerned over the number of arguments that Hyde and Samantha are having. Kitty speculates that it's because they are living together in that tiny room in the basement. Kitty wants to give Hyde and Sam Laurie's old room. But when Hyde and Sam move into Laurie's room, they are still fighting and now Kitty and Red cannot even sleep as they are fighting all the time. But then they learn the reason for all the fights. Sam and Hyde have hot crazy sex after each fight. Kitty moves them back to the basement as they are not going to stop fighting. But this causes some sparks to fly in Kitty and Red's own relationship. Red starts faking fights with Kitty to spice up their own sex life :).
Meanwhile Donna has graduated from doing farm reports on radio, to doing custom charity fund (like for a children's library) raising events. She thinks she is a radio brand in Point Place with a fanatic fan following, who will do anything she says. One time she asked everybody to get up and dance, and there was a riot at the local prison. The donation session is set up in Hyde's record store, in partnership with Randy. It's a cold realization, when 2 hours into the fund raising, there are no donors. 12 hours in and she has $38 against a goal of $500. She resorts to offering a picture for 25 cents, signing butts at $1 and showing naked stuff for $50.
Randy gives Donna his piggy bank. Randy's Nana gave him the piggy bank when he was a boy, and every time she saw him, she told him that she dropped a silver dollar in it. Randy and Donna crack the piggy bank open, but even that contains only pennies. All the real money went to slot machines and Jack Daniels.
