Eric and Donna go to a hotel for romantic weekend. Donna gets drunk and is too loud so the neighbor comes and turns out it was Red and Kitty renting the neighbor room. Kelso can't get it up with Pam Macy but it works when Jackie is around.
The whole hotel situation was very funny. So much going on. Poor Eric, he ended up locked out at the end.
