- Kelso sees Hyde kissing another girl in the hotel; Kelso tells Donna, who asks Kelso to give Hyde a chance to tell Jackie. Kelso tells Hyde that he saw him kissing another girl and Hyde doesn't even deny it. Hyde says that he cheated on Jackie as Jackie cheated on him with Kelso. Kelso repeats the gay dream story. Kelso secretly wishes that he gets to tell Jackie, and Jackie would be inconsolable and that way they would soon be making out topless.
Hyde can't believe the 'gay nurse dream' till Fez confirms it, in the presence of mean school-paper editor Mitch Miller (Seth Green) whom Fez just denied a driver's license. Fez denied Mitch's license as he sat on Fez's spice rack in wood-shop, totally destroying it and ruining Fez's kitchen set. Miller jumps at the chance for blackmail. Mitch prints a story in the school newspaper with a picture of Fez kissing Kelso by the lake. Fez says that they had just caught a fish and Fez was excited. Miller gets a car license, a bike license, a boat license, a license to operate the forklift, a cut the line pass, and a free DMV pen.
Hyde realizes that he cheated on Jackie for nothing. Jackie finds Hyde and says that nothing happened between her and Kelso. Hyde confesses that he cheated on her as he was really mad at her. Jackie dumps Hyde when he confesses his cheating and Kelso announces he'll court her again. Hyde tells Kelso that while he was with Jackie, he constantly hit on her, brought her presents and even hit Hyde with a BB gun. Kelso says that he will go after Jackie and even make out with her in front of Hyde and asks him to be prepared for that. Hyde tells Jackie he loves her, but she walks away.
Red tells Kitty that his plan is working. He says that he is pressing Eric for the early wedding, and they are both realizing that they are not nearly ready for it yet. Red says that if they let them do what they want, they will realize that they don't want to do it. Red and Kitty offer Eric and Donna to make their graduation party, also their wedding party. Their graduation is in a week. Kitty offers that Donna can wear her wedding dress. It is off-white, which is appropriate, since Donna is no longer a virgin and hence should not be wearing white.
Red and Kitty keep pressing the early wedding, Eric and Donna realize they're not nearly ready. Eric knows that Red is messing with them with the "get married in a week" jibe, but he is ready to marry Donna just to spite Red. Eric shatters Kitty by coming up with a third solution: moving to Madison after graduation (which is in a week's time). They will spend their time in Madison before going off the college in 3 months time. Kitty is now angry at Red for his "great" plan.
Eric's nasty sister Laurie (Lisa Robin Kelly) is back from Chicago, apparently reformed. She offers to help Eric and Donna with Red, as she has realized in Chicago that she has been taking the people who love her, for granted. Laurie says that she wants to correct the mistakes from her past. It was Laurie's idea that Eric and Donna should skip town since Red is coming in the way of their happiness.
