- Now most kids are out of a job income, they all head for the job fair. Eric and Hyde being fired. Fotohut is also shut down. Kelso aims to coast through life on his good looks and wants to land a modeling job.
Kelso after getting a ticket from a female cop made him doubt if his looks will last. Kelso had accidentally run his van into a cop car, and the cop wrote him a citation for $64. No amount of charisma from Kelso was able to talk him out of that.
Donna is asked to pose as 'hot' appetizer for her radio station at the job fair. Radio station wanted her to run a booth as "hot Donna", which she is reluctant to do, but does so anyways. Donna is not happy for being positioned as some sort of sex object by her employers.
Red raises the stakes: if Eric sticks to marrying Donna, he'll stop his college funding. Red says that he is better off having the $4000 in his bank account, which he can do for other more useful things. Kitty says that Red cannot force people to do what he wants, but Red disagrees.
Kelso, Fez, Jackie, Hyde and Eric head to the job fair. Kitty is distraught that she has given the best years of her life to her kids, and now she would have nothing to do. Most available jobs are revolting as they involve kill or burning animals. Red also has a booth at the job fair, and is looking for a new stock boy, as a replacement for Eric.
Jackie wants Hyde to get a well-paying job, to secure their future together. Hyde is allergic to Corporate America and the job fair goes against every thought he has ever valued in life. Hyde becomes cook for his former 'big brother' Roy (Jim Gaffigan), a worse social cripple than him; Hyde takes the job as Roy once looked for Hyde, and now Roy is suicidal and hence Hyde wants to lookout for him.
Kelso decides to become a cop because the uniform would prolong his beauty many years. Basically, the same officer who issued him a ticket was at the job fair. In uniform, she was hot, out of it: she was ugly. That's how Kelso figured Uniform would be good. Kelso dreams that he would perform valuable community service by saving bikini clad women from armed robbers and would remain sexy forever.
Donna gets over the sex object shyness and starts signing bare chest of guys who approach her at the booth. She signs 87 guys and 2 girls.
Eric found a bank teller's job but loses it because of a bad reference. Eric blames Red that he is a bitter old man who wants to see everyone as miserable as he is. Kitty admits that she called the bank manager and gave the bad reference, as she didn't want Eric to delay college.
Kitty says she will fund college if Eric and Donna delay marriage by a year. Eric is sick of his parents trying to control him.
