Storyline

A new criminal is in town, wearing Robin's Red X gear. The Titans initially think it's Robin undercover again. But he convinces them it's not him. Knowing how the equipment operates, Robin leads the Titans to a professor who gave Robin the technology, and the power supply, hoping to find a lead to the new Red X. Written by Jesse Sanchez
