A great bounce back
3 September 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Well, after the absolute waste of time that was Terra's story arc, we can now get back to what truly made this show great, it's mix of comedy with action. This episode is the perfect introduction for Brother Blood. we get to see his school, his students, and a little bit of his powers. Now that Slade's gone, Blood feels like a good replacement, let's just hope his downfall isn't as forced and anticlimactic as Slade's. Also, showing how villains like Gizmo, Jinx, and Mammoth interact with one another gives them an actual personality. They're not just evil, they have friendships and pranks they play on each other. That makes them pretty similar to the Titans in a lot of ways. It's an interesting way of not only introducing new villains, but adding dimension to ones we already know.
