A jealous boyfriend Coley kills a saloon girl. He then steals Tate's gun.
Naturally Tate gives chase and eventually injures him and gets his gun back.
Coley is holed up in a farmhouse to recuperate. It turns out that the blind farmhouse owner is Coley's dad. The young woman is Coley's wife only for Coley to prefer bad girls.

Tate needs to keep Coley in one piece and bring him back for a trial. The dead girl's brothers turn up wanting revenge.
