Upon viewing this episode, one might say "What the heck was that?" "The Third Pig" definitely is one of the better episodes of the seventh season of Tales from the Crypt. Though animated, the episode had gore-galore! It was absolutely hilarious to see that much blood in a cartoon! One can imagine that the 'Nelvana' animation studio was overjoyed to finally be able to draw some blood, sex, and violence in their cartoons!

The story starts out like always: the three pig brothers plagued by the devious wolf. The two sloven pigs--Drinky and Smokey--come to live with their brother Dudley--the smart one--after their own homes are destroyed by the wolf (voiced by America's funny-boy, Bobcat Goldthwait!). One day, while Dudley is out buying alcohol for his brothers, the wolf finds a way in and kills the pigs. I won't go further, because I don't want to ruin any of the comedy for you, but trust me, this story should NOT disappoint!

But, before letting your children watch this episode, keep in mind that this IS a Tales from the Crypt story and contains the same amount of violence and gore as all the others!
